  •   1998年畢業于中國醫科大學七年制外文系,獲得醫學學士學位;2003年3月畢業于日本神戶大學,獲得醫學博士學位;2003年6月至2008年7月在美國哈佛醫學院細胞生物系從事博士后研究;2008年7月起任中國科學院上海生命科學研究院生物化學與細胞生物學研究所研究員,博士生導師和研究組長。

    研究工作:
  •   真核細胞中,核膜將貯存遺傳信息的DNA與翻譯遺傳信息的核糖體分隔在細胞核與細胞質中。由RNA介導的遺傳信息跨核膜傳遞為所有真核生物生命活動所必需。新生pre-mRNA在細胞核內完成一系列復雜加工后,成熟mRNA被轉運到細胞質中進行翻譯。mRNA出核轉運與pre-mRNA加工過程相互偶聯,確保遺傳信息的精準表達。細胞核中普遍存在RNA質量監控系統,可快速識別并降解攜帶錯誤遺傳信息的或異常mRNA,從而保證遺傳信息的準確傳遞。新生轉錄本被快速、準確地分選到出核或降解通路是遺傳信息高效、精準傳遞的基本保證,具有重要生物學意義。本實驗室自2008年成立以來,主要圍繞“新生轉錄本出核和降解的命運決定與調控”這一基因表達領域的關鍵科學問題,系統性地開展mRNA出核與加工的復雜關聯、RNA的質量控制和核內降解及其調控兩個方向的研究工作。具體如下。

      利用分子與細胞生物學、生物化學、化學生物學及多種組學研究手段及技術,重點研究:

      1、mRNA出核與pre-mRNA加工的復雜關聯;

      2、RNA的質量控制和核內降解及其調控;

      3、細胞核亞結構調控RNA出核或降解的生理病理機制。
