  •   國家杰出青年基金獲得者,1988年中科院上海生物化學(xué)研究所研究生畢業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位。1990-1992年赴美國加州大學(xué)歐文分校做博士后。1995年任中科院上海生化所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,1999年任中科院上海生科院生化細(xì)胞所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。曾獲中國科學(xué)院自然科學(xué)獎二等獎、上海市三八紅旗手、優(yōu)秀回國人員等稱號,榮獲國務(wù)院特殊津貼。曾任中華全國青聯(lián)委員,上海遺傳學(xué)會常務(wù)理事,中國遺傳學(xué)會理事。現(xiàn)任中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)會理事、基因?qū)I(yè)委員會主任。上海市學(xué)科帶頭人計劃、863計劃、基金委重點項目等多種科研項目資助。現(xiàn)任中科院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,研究組組長。

    研究工作:
  •   主要從事形態(tài)發(fā)生基因表達(dá)調(diào)控與表觀遺傳調(diào)控的研究。在基因水平、染色質(zhì)水平和細(xì)胞水平研究白念珠菌形態(tài)發(fā)生的調(diào)控機(jī)制。包括白念珠菌形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變和致病相關(guān)因子的鑒定與功能研究,信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑在白念珠菌形態(tài)發(fā)生和致病過程中的調(diào)控機(jī)制,轉(zhuǎn)錄因子、染色質(zhì)修飾復(fù)合物和染色質(zhì)重塑復(fù)合物在白念珠菌菌絲發(fā)育和白灰形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換過程的功能作用,白念珠菌與宿主細(xì)胞的相互作用以及在白念珠菌感染過程宿主細(xì)胞的免疫應(yīng)答調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究。在學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表了60余篇研究論文,獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10多項,申報發(fā)明專利多項。
